Job Description
At ASEM, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Planner to join our team to ensure efficient, timely production flow that meets company quality standards.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure efficient and timely production planning aligned with customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
- Resource Optimization: Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, lead time, on-time delivery, and scrap rates.
- Issue Management: Re-plan and adjust schedules in response to equipment failures, supplier delays, or urgent order changes.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and adherence to deadlines;
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Role Requirements:
- We are looking for people used to working in teams, with an analytical approach, problem-solving skills, and qualitative work management;
- Precision, data analysis skills, and reporting abilities;
- Ability to estimate timelines, identify critical issues, understand, and apply priorities;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar);
- Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years);
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

The salary range for this position is between 33 120,00 - 49 680,00 EUR annual, this includes all bonsues.
