This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about grassroots organizing, enjoys working with people, and wants hands-on campaign experience in a competitive state legislative race.
Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, leading canvass launches, knocking doors and making calls, tracking voter-contact goals, assisting with campaign events, and supporting the day-to-day execution of the campaign's field plan.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, organized, comfortable speaking with voters and volunteers, and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. Previous campaign or organizing experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, good judgment, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
