CAPTEL was founded in December of 1997 and is considered the national leader in PAC (Political Action Committee) fundraising for national associations and major contributor fundraising for political organizations and non-profit institutions. The company maintains three full-service, state-of-the-art call centers on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., at Fells Point in Baltimore, Maryland and in Thermopolis, Wyoming.
