Our Journey
Founded in 2002, iConstituent is a privately held corporation headquartered in Washington D.C. iConstituent’s mission is to foster communication between government and constituents through new channels and thereby transforming government-to-constituent communications and citizen engagement.

In 2003, iConstituent introduced the first “eNewletter” system to Congress, the Constituent Gateway. Today, nearly every Member of Congress uses an eNewsletter systems to communicate with their constituents, with iConstituent being the leading provider. The Constituent Gateway has since evolved into a unique multi-channel outreach platform, further enhancing an office’s ability to communicate with its constituency.

With the acquisition of InterAmerica Technologies in 2010, iConstituent enhanced its product offerings to include the sector’s leading CRM, which has become one of the most widely used products in Congress today as well in other government-related markets. In 2011, iConstituent expanded its portfolio of companies to include Dexteranet, the premier provider of Congressional in-office technical and systems administration support, and GovTrends, a leading provider of open source website development services to Federal and Legislative customers.

In 2012, iConstituent’s products and services were added to the GSA Schedule, enabling the company to provide products and services directly to federal and state agencies, state, local and city governments as well as other government entities.
