 Description of Work:
This position will supervise the Asset Management and Reports Section of the Division of Mitigation Services.   The section provides asset management of the Division’s $1 billion mitigation asset inventory, administers the Division’s four In-Lieu Fee (ILF) programs for customers, calculates and sets ILF rates, develops annual budgets for each ILF, and provides strategic planning for identifying and fulfilling compensatory mitigation procurement, produces legislative and regulatory reports, and provides policy support and leadership for a wide array of mitigation topics.
Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Division’s mitigation asset inventory.
  • Administer four ILFs for customers including accepting, denying, or conditionally accepting new customers and program compensatory mitigation requirements.
  • Calculate and set ILF program rates, conduct operational strategic planning for the Division, and lead the program in developing annual budgets for each of its In-Lieu Fee Programs.
