Our Mildura Financial Planning division are currently seeking an experienced person with a high customer focus.
Responsibilities
Help grow and develop the Financial Planning division.
Provision of comprehensive Financial Planning advice to clients encompassing strategies such as Investments, Superannuation, (inc SMSF), Transitions to Retirement strategies, Centrelink Planning, Cash Flows, SMSF's, Aged Care and Risk.
Build and strengthen staff relationships to obtain internal client referrals from other divisions.
Source external referrals from personal networks.
Meet monthly budgets and key performance indicators.

Committed to ethical and compliant dealings with clients.
Have a good understanding of the current legislative and technical framework in relation to investments, taxation, superannuation, and risk insurance.

Required Skills
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Planner.
Must meet the FASEA education requirements.
Must have completed SMSF accreditation
Highest level of ethics and positive compliance checks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive and develop internal and external relationships.
