Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Property Acquisition Specialist 4 to join our team at the Headquarters Real Estate Services Office (HQ RES). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting WSDOT's mission by negotiating property rights with state and federal agencies and railroad companies. You'll provide oversight, feedback, and compliance assurance for acquisition and relocation files, contribute to policy development and implementation, offer technical guidance, identify training needs, and assist in legislative analysis.
