About You
Are you an experienced paraplanner who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment? We’re looking for a proactive and motivated team member to join a team of seven, including remote offshore colleagues, to help deliver exceptional service to our team of advisers.
In this role, you'll apply your expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and financial advice. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships, and playing a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for both brokers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively within the team to deliver high-quality , compliant advice.
Actively manage advice strategies, using your understanding of tax and superannuation legislation to help develop financial strategies.
Assist the adviser team to develop innovative strategies.
Be an integral part of our compliance team, by ensuring the advice provided to our large client base is industry leading.
Maintain workflow efficiency by ensuring tasks are completed on time and advisers are supported with timely, accurate information.
Manage legislative communications, to ensure advisers have all the available information.
Keep all files organised and compliant, proactively managing outstanding tasks and documentation.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Provide clear, professional, and solutions-focused support to advisers throughout the advice process.
About You:
3+ years of experience in paraplanning.
Strong understanding of advice strategies, including superannuation, tax, investments, insurance and SMSF.
Proven ability to support high-performing advisers with quality, efficient advice documents.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with advisers and product manufacturers.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
Experience working with remote team members is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma of Financial Planning preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
