Y our new role
As Payroll Lead, you'll be the go-to technical authority for payroll solutions. You'll design and validate compliant, end-to-end processes, implement risk and audit frameworks, and drive automation initiatives. This role offers strategic influence and hands-on involvement in shaping future payroll systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Develop and implement audit and risk frameworks to ensure payroll integrity.
• Lead technical design and compliance for payroll systems and processes.
• Drive automation and process optimisation in collaboration with technology teams.
• Provide expert advisory and escalation support for complex payroll queries.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and implementation phases for new solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to align payroll practices with best practice and legislative requirements.
