Midlevel Land Use Attorney—Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)
Miller Nash is seeking an attorney with two to ten years of experience land use or Oregon regulatory matters to join its team in Portland, Oregon. Sharp analytical skills and persuasive legal writing is a must. Our ideal candidate would have experience with land use applications, including comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional use permits, site plan review applications, subdivisions, shoreline permits, and LUBA appeals and/or Oregon regulatory matters including permitting, contested case hearings, challenging administrative rules, and participating in legislative rulemakings. Experience with permitting in City of Portland, Metro area jurisdictions, Oregon coast jurisdictions, or Oregon Parks and Recreation Department would be a plus.

Membership in the Oregon State Bar is required. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys; fully remote options may be considered.

- Compensation based on years of experience with range from $162,000–$227,000
