9-month fixed-term contract for an experienced HR Advisor within the renewable sector.This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an evolving organisation with an impressive, successful footprint from within the renewables sector.

Working closely with the Executive GM, Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end employment lifecycle including:

• Workforce planning, talent mapping and liaising with talent acquisition
• Creation of position descriptions
• Management of the offer process and raising contracts
• Provision of generalist advice
• Supporting performance management and PIP plans
• HR reporting and analytics
• Supporting annual cyclical activities, including remuneration benchmarking and remuneration review process and incentive programs
• Ad hoc project support

If you are systems and process focused, enjoy working in a generalist capacity and thrive upon working within a high-performance culture, then this is an opportunity for you to shine. You will be an experienced HR Advisor and, ideally, have supported remote workforces whilst working within a corporate environment. Albeit that prior exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standard would be preferred, experience of working within a similar legislative framework may be considered.

This position is for a 9-month parental leave contract and, as such, an immediate or reduced notice would be preferred.

The contract will offer one day working from home as well as flexible start and finish times.
