  4. There is no charge to become a member. There is also no charge to post your profile. However, there are upgrades available under the premium services menu. Click here to see premium services for job seeker and employer.

  5. How much does a job listing cost?
  6. A job posting on RCjobs.com for one week runs $375 per job. Each consecutive week thereafter costs a discounted $300 per job. Additionally, when posted in conjunction with at least two consecutive print insertions (of the same text), your Web add-on costs $185 per week instead of the flat $375 rate for the Web alone.   7. How long are job listings posted?
  8. Most listings are posted for 1 week.

  9. How can I get my company’s logo on the RCjobs.com homepage?
  10. We offer a “Featured Employer” premium service, which places your logo prominently on the RCjobs.com homepage and links to your company’s profile and available job listings posted on RCjobs.com. This increased visibility quickly has become a desirable add-on option for employers and costs $80 per week.

  11. Are there deadlines for booking on RCjobs?
  12. We want to ensure that you get the full week of exposure you pay for to advertise with us. If booking is finalized by noon, your ad can go up same-day. After noon, we will book your ad for the following day to be posted first thing. You can, of course, book in advance to begin on a desired day or week.

  13. Are jobs listed in any order?
  14. Job postings are presented chronologically, with the most recently submitted at the top of the list. You may notice the first handful of ads don’t seem to follow this pattern, because these employers have taken advantage of our “Listing Upgrade” option. $35 per ad places your posting at the top of the pile for the week.

  15. I signed up for a Search Agent and I no longer want to receive e-mail alerts with my job matches. How can I unsubscribe?
  16. When you log in to your RCjobs account, go to “My RCjobs” and choose “My Search Agents” from the list that appears on the left-hand side of the screen. Simply click “delete” next your search agent title.

  17. There was a job I was interested in pursuing, but I no longer see it posted on RCjobs. Does this mean the position has been filled?
  18. If you are unable to locate a recent posting, the length of time the employer chose to advertise the vacancy has concluded and the listing has expired. If you wish to find a listing that previously was posted, please fill in the information below, giving us as much detail about the listing as you remember and our classifieds department will forward you the listing.

  19. How do I find a listing that was posted during a previous period?

  21. I want to upload my formatted résumé into my profile; do I have this option?
  22. It is possible to confine your personal and professional information to an uploaded document, but your profile will not show up in any searches performed by any potential employers, as our search engine is based on the information provided in those data fields. Therefore, we do ask that our job seekers who want to post their information use the fields provided as this allows “employers” to see and search all information in a uniform format. Many of our users do pay the nominal upload fee to attach a complete cover letter, writing samples and even a full résumé, but they do also complete the form as well.

    Additionally, as a job seeker, we offer one free document upload to your profile. If you go to your résumé page and click the link next to “Cover Letter” you can submit a formatted version of your résumé in this spot for employers to download.

  23. Where can I get answers to other questions?
